1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CalculatenTrade, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

CalculatenTrade is a SOFTWARE SERVICE ONLY. We provide trading calculators, position management tools, and trade journaling software for educational and planning purposes. We do NOT engage in any trading activities, do NOT provide trading services, and do NOT execute any trades on behalf of users.

3. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: ₹250 per month
• Yearly Plan: ₹2,700 per year

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days
• Yearly subscriptions renew automatically every 365 days
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account with others

6. Important Disclaimers

SOFTWARE SERVICE ONLY: CalculatenTrade is purely a software application that provides calculation tools and journaling features. We are NOT a trading platform, broker, or financial services provider.

No Trading Activity: We do not execute trades, hold funds, or engage in any trading activities. All actual trading is done through your chosen broker/platform.

Educational Purpose: Our tools are for educational and planning purposes only. We do not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are entirely your responsibility.

No Guarantees: Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

CalculatenTrade is a software tool provider only. We shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Decisions made based on our calculation tools
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical issues, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions

You acknowledge that all trading activities are conducted through third-party brokers and platforms, not through CalculatenTrade.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to premium features will be revoked at the end of the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
