2. Eligible Refund Scenarios (30–40%)

Partial refunds may be approved in the following verified cases:

• Technical Failures: Inability to access key tools or platform features due to system errors persisting beyond 72 hours.
• Billing Errors: Duplicate or incorrect charges due to technical or payment gateway issues.
• Smart Plan Refund: If you subscribed to the Smart or Pro plan and found it unsuitable within 7 days, you may request a 40% refund of the amount paid.
• Service Disruption: Unexpected downtime or discontinuation of major platform functions for more than 3 consecutive days.

All refund claims are verified manually. Approved cases receive between 30% and 40% of the paid amount, depending on usage duration and account activity.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind or user dissatisfaction after full usage of tools.
• Partial months or unused portions of subscription periods.
• Trading losses, miscalculations, or strategy misinterpretations.
• Incorrect data entries or user-side errors.
• Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

CalculatenTrade operates on a recurring subscription model. Users may cancel their plan at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

• Access remains active until the billing period ends.
• No additional charges are applied post-cancellation.
• Reactivation can be done anytime by subscribing again.

5. Platform Scope

CalculatenTrade is designed for trade journaling, portfolio tracking, trade calculation, and performance analysis. It does not offer investment advice, stock recommendations, or buy/sell signals. All calculations are derived from user input and public market data APIs.

Users should validate all data before making financial decisions. CalculatenTrade is not liable for trading or investment outcomes. Use of the platform implies acceptance of this understanding.

6. Refund Request Process

1. Email us at support@calculatentrade.com.
2. Use subject line: "Refund Request - [Registered Email]".
3. Include details: Registered email, plan type, transaction ID, issue summary, and any proof (screenshots/errors).
4. Requests must be made within 7 days of billing date.

Processing Time: 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
